Hours and Fees

DOG BOARDING FEES:

Effective June 1, 2010

$20.00 one dog .

$30.00 two dogs (same pen must live with and be owned by same family)

$40.00 three dogs (same pen must live with and be owned by same family)

$50.00 four dogs Suite Only(same pen must live with and be owned by same family)

* You provide the food. If we provide the food it’s an additional $3.00 per dog per day. We feed high quality no wheat no corn food for example but not limited to: Solid Gold Wee Bits or Spot’s Stew.

Please bring food in Ziplock bags, small Tupperware type containers or 5# bags.

NOTE: because we are dealing with small dogs we reserve the right that if your dog will not eat the food you brought, we will provide food that it will eat and you will be charged accordingly.

BUSINESS HOURS:**

We are open by appointment only - Monday thru Friday 9 am to 1 pm AND 5 pm to 8pm by appointment during these hours.

CLOSED Weekends
(Exception: Pickups ONLY Sat & Sun 6 to 7 pm.)

CLOSED – Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

All Phone calls and Emails will be returned during business hours Monday through Friday ONLY. If you left a message and have not heard from us within 1 business day PLEASE call back.

PLEASE NOTE:
LATE or EARLY Arrivals (more than 10 minutes during business hours) without notice will be Charged an EXTRA $25.00 unless prior arrangements have been made. A $50.00 charge for after hours, weekends and holidays.

RESERVATIONS:
During the holiday’s throughout the year booking a month in advance will better ensure availability.

We appreciate advance notice of reservations however you can call and check to see if we have openings available on short notice.

Note: We require a non refundable Deposit ($25.00 1 wk; $50.00 2wk) if your dogs stay involves a holiday. Your deposit will be credited to your next visit if 48 hrs notice is given.

All reservations made a month in advanced will be sent a confirmation postcard with the dates of boarding. If you do not receive a card PLEASE email or call to make sure we have your dogs reservation. PLEASE feel free to double check ANY time we are open.

TOURS:

Need to have a scheduled appointment, so we can properly care for our visiting residents and clients.

DAY BOARDING:
Is offered as space is available. $60 a week or $15.00 a day during business hours.

MEDICATIONS:

One time fee of $5.00 per dogs stay with up to two medications/Supplements that the dog will take in food.

Additional charges to be judged case by case.

BOARDING SPECIALS:

10% discount to Military, Seniors (60+), Low Income & Disabled.
If your dog stays 14 consecutive days you receive a 10% discount (not valid if you qualify for the aforementioned discount)
For every 10 days your dog stays you get a free day good on your dogs NEXT boarding.

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.
